Why you pray and how to pray
What do We pray?
- First: due to the fact God commanded you to pray; God Almighty said: "the prayer was once on the believers a timed book.
- The way in which prayer is offered and the words which are recited in it explain the true nature of the religion which it is the expression of man's contact with the Lord.
- Second: In it, spirituality and connection with Allah are what make the coronary heart loosen up and get out of the troubles of this world to the expertise of the truth, Almighty, and it has made the apple of the Prophet's eye (peace and benefits of Allah be upon him) in prayer.
- Third: Prayer in Islam gives in a nutshell the teachings of Islam. The very first thing which comes into prominence in Islamic prayer is that it is accompanied by bodily movements. It implies that Islam lifts not only the soul to the spiritual height, but also illuminates the body of man the with the light of God-consciousness. It aims at purifying both body and soul,

What does Hadith in Picture(2) mean?
In this Hadith, a man from Khuza'a says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and benefits of Allah be upon him) say:
"O Bilal, do the prayer, supply us relaxation with it," that is, carry up the prayer name and do it, so that we can also relax with it as if his getting into it is a relaxation from the fatigue of the world and its worries due to the fact it consists of a monologue to Allah, May he be exalted, and alleviation for the soul and the heart, and no marvel about that; it is he who said: "and It made the apple of my eye in prayer," and the request for relaxation in prayer comes from these who have been humble in it and cherished it, even although it is heavy on some; as Allah said: {and it is fantastic barring for the submissive ones.} [cow: 45].
In Hadith: prayer is a relaxation for the coronary heart from the world's fatigue and worries.
